It seems that security.debian.org is still in some sort of a poor situation. Several security updates aren’t built on all architectures as they should be. For bzip2 and cvs arm and ia64 are missing, for gzip only ia64 is missing, ht hasn’t been built on a single architecture for oldstable, similar to fuse on stable. Currently, it’s totally unreliable.
Mike Stone has sent an inquiry about similar oddities to the people who maintain the infrastructure. I haven’t seen an answer yet, though.
For me, it looks as if wanna-build is confused about the Debian security server. For both fuse and ht the database only knows about older versions. For bzip2 and cvs the wanna-build database correctly lists the two missing architectures as needs to build, which hasn’t happened for half a week now.

[...] Donnerstag, 07. Jul 2005 (12:07) gsyi Die Probleme mit den Sicherheits-Patches bei Debian 3.1 alias Sarge sind nun gelöst / zumindest scheinen, gelöst zu sein : It seems that the problems with the security infrastructure are finally solved. Ryan Murray took the time and investigated the issues already investigated by Steve Langasek and fixed the remaining problems. For the zlib package on m68k the build log somehow got lost between the build host and the security host. The package has been freed so it could have been taken by the next free m68k buildd. It’s been build already. For both fuse and ht the wanna-build database didn’t know about the current version, except for the architecture for which I’ve uploaded the initial package. For some reason it received a reject message as well, allegedly a strange file-already-exists error. Ryan has also fixed this. The last remaining problem was that ia64 wasn’t set up for oldstable-security (alias woody) yet, so no woody updates for that architecture could’ve been built. He also fixed this. Thanks a lot! The infrastructure seems to be working fine now and we should be able to send out updates on a regular basis again. Now that there are definitive answers from the infrastructure people, Debian can also send out an announcement on this issue without having to guess. [...]
