I read the whole article from Hank and I must disagree with what GG says - why do google not want this information to be published anyway? :-S
Surely it’s not entirely new to anyone who has experience of SEO and as far as Spam goes - the spammers know what gets penalised becuase they loose their rankings… What’s the problem?

you shouldn´t believe everything what googleguy said, actually he´s an “agent” from Google in the seo scene
But basilary he gives us seos useful information…
