MSN ist dringend auf der Suche nach Leute, die die SERPs bei User Queries manuell gestalten (lol ;-)). Die sogenannten Handcrafted Results bestehen aus Ergebnisse anderer Suchmaschinen (menschliche Metasuchmaschine?). Ein guter Handcrafter sollte angeblich eine Suchanfrage innerhalb von 3,8 Sekunden bearbeiten sowie richtig schnell tippen können (> 149 words/minute) 
Laut der Jobausschreibung arbeiten bereits 132 Handcrafters weltweit für MSN

Solche Stellenausschreibung gabs von Google auch schon öfter, auch Google macht viel per Hand.

Denke ich nicht, auf die Jobs-Seite findest du auch durch den Sitemap (es sei denn, es ist/war nur ein Aprilscherz ;-)):
